摘要 细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)属于黏附分子中免疫球蛋白超家族的90 kDa成员,在5个ICAM分子中研究最为广泛。已发现它在各种细胞上表达,例如内皮细胞、上皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、成纤维细胞和大多数白细胞亚群,包括淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞等多种细胞表面,从而参与细胞的信号转导与活化、细胞组织生长与分化、免疫应答、炎症反应、血管生成及肿瘤转移等生理病理过程。国内外研究证明,ICAM-1在IgA肾病(immunoglobulin A nephropa⁃thy,IgAN)中内皮细胞和足细胞中表达增加。本文将简要介绍ICAM-1在IgAN中所扮演的角色,以提高人们对ICAM-1的认识,从而为IgAN的诊断、病情进展及预后判断提供新的指标。 As a 90 kDa member of immunoglobulin superfamily in adhesion molecules,intercel⁃lular cell adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)is the most widely studied of five ICAM molecules.It is consti⁃tutively expressed on the surfaces of such a large variety of cells as endothelial cells,epithelial cells,smooth muscle cells,fibroblasts and most leucocyte subgroups,including lymphocytes,neutrophils and macrophages.It participates in various physiological pathological processes of cell signal transduction and activation,cell tissue growth and differentiation,immune response,inflammatory response,angiogenesis and tumor metastasis.Both domestic and foreign studies have detected an up-regulation of ICAM-1 in en⁃dotropic cells and foot cells of IgA nephropathy(IgAN).This review focused upon the role of ICAM-1 to boost its public awareness and provided new parameters for the diagnosis,progress and prognosis of IgAN.
