摘要
公卫人才是实施健康中国战略的重要支撑,其人才队伍建设的重要性逐渐凸显。本文借助描述统计分析泰安市疾控机构公卫人才的人口社会学特征,借助空间自相关分析其县域差异及空间分布格局,发现公卫人才队伍存在总量不足、结构不优、专业素质不高等问题。提出提高人才建设认识高度;加强领导,强化顶层设计;配编引才,壮大队伍力量;加大培养,提升专业水平;创新机制,激发队伍活力等建设。
Public health talent is an important support for the implementation of the Healthy China strategy,and the importance of its talent team building has gradutaly become prominent.This paper uses descriptive statistics to analyze the demographic and sociological characteristics of public health talents in Tai'an CDCs,and uses spatial autocorrelation to analyze county differences and spatial distribution patterns.Suggestions such as raising the awareness of talent construction;strengthening leadership and strengthening top-level design;arranging and attracting talents to strengthen the team;increasing training and improving professional levels;innovating the mechanism and stimulating the vitality of the team,etc.
