某市公立医院ICU医护人员工作满意度、焦虑现状及影响因素分析

摘要 目的分析某市公立医院ICU医护人员工作满意度、焦虑现状及影响因素。方法选取2018年1月—2021年12月某市公立医院ICU医护人员612名作为研究对象。分析某市公立医院ICU医护人员工作满意度、焦虑现状及影响因素。结果在收回问卷的601名公立医院ICU医护人员中,工作不满意有51名,不满意度为8.49%,存在焦虑有183名,焦虑发生率为30.45%。单因素分析显示,公立医院ICU医护人员工作满意度与机构等级、年龄、文化程度、工作年限、平均月收入、夜班次数有关(P<0.05),ICU医护人员焦虑状况与年龄、工作年限、平均月收入、家人支持程度、夜班次数、接触传染患者、婚姻状况、与领导沟通有关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示机构等级、年龄、文化程度、工作年限、平均月收入、夜班次数为影响某市公立医院ICU医护人员工作满意度的主要因素(P<0.05),年龄、工作年限、平均月收入、家人支持程度、夜班次数、接触传染患者、婚姻状况、与领导沟通为影响某市公立医院ICU医护人员焦虑发生的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论某市公立医院ICU医护人员工作满意度与等级、年龄、文化程度、工作年限、平均月收入、夜班次数有关,焦虑状况与年龄、工作年限、平均月收入、家人支持程度、夜班次数、接触传染患者、婚姻状况、与领导沟通有关,可依据其具体因素实施针对性措施,以改善医护人员焦虑状况,提高工作满意度。 Objective To analyze the job satisfaction,anxiety status and influencing factors of ICU medical staff in a public hospital in a city.Methods A total of 612 ICU medical staff in a public hospital in a city from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.To analyze the job satisfaction,anxiety status and influencing factors of ICU medical staff in a public hospital in a city.Results Among the 601 ICU medical staff in public hospitals who returned the questionnaire,51 were dissatisfied with their work,with a dissatisfaction rate of 8.49%,and 183 with anxiety,with an anxiety incidence rate of 30.45%.Univariate analysis showed that job satisfaction of ICU medical staff in public hospitals was related to institution grade,age,education level,working years,average monthly income,and night shift times(P<0.05).The level of family support, the number of night shifts, contact with infected patients, marital status, and leadership communication were related(P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis results showed that institution level, age, educational level, working years, average monthly income and number of night shifts were the main factors affecting the job satisfaction of ICU medical staff in a public hospital in a city (P<0.05). Age, working years, average monthly income, family support, night shift times, contact with infected patients, marital status, and communication with leaders were the main factors affecting the anxiety of ICU medical staff in a public hospital in a city (P<0.05). Conclusion The job satisfaction of ICU medical staff in a public hospital in a city is related to grade, age, education level, working years, average monthly income, and the number of night shifts. Anxiety status is related to age, working years, average monthly income, family support, night shift times, and contact Infectious patients, marital status, and leadership communication. Targeted measures can be implemented according to its specific factors to improve the anxiety of medical staff and improve job satisfaction.
