以“新医科”理念为基础的医学生创新能力培养模式和要点探讨

Discussion on the Training Mode and Key Points of Medical Students'Innovative Ability Based on the Concept of"New Medicine"

随着新时代发展进步,国家不断推进“新工科、新农科、新文科、新医科”教育建设。面对以科技革命和工业革命为代表的新趋势、新领域、新方向,医学教育不能“故步自封”和“独善其身”。趋势和变化是“建设新医科板块”需要新的发展路径,这种路径不是否定和“破坏”传统医学,而是保护“医学”本质,是在传统医学基础上融合科技、智能与中医药特色,是对传统医学的保护与创新。其中,“新医科”要求医学教育应由重治疗向预防、康养不断延展,依靠人工智能、大数据进行新一轮的教学改革,更需要在原有医学专业设置上提重新要求,发展精准医学、智能医学等医学新专业。因此,高校需对医学生进行自上而下培养教育,从课程设置到学生创新能力培养。

With the development and progress of the new era,the country has continuously promoted the education and construction of"new engineering,new agricultural,new liberal arts,and new medical science".Faced with the new trends,new fields and new directions represented by the scientific and technological revolution and the industrial revolution,medical education cannot be"self-contained"and"isolated".Trends and changes are that"building a new medical sector"requires a new development path,and this path does not deny and"destroy"traditional medicine.It is to protect the essence of"medicine",which is to integrate technology,intelligence and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of traditional medicine,and to protect and innovate traditional medicine.Among them,"New Medicine"requires that medical education should be continuously extended from treatment to prevention and health care,and rely on artificial intelligence and big data to carry out a new round of teaching reform.It is even more necessary to put forward new requirements on the original medical specialties,and develop new medical specialties such as precision medicine and intelligent medicine.Therefore,colleges and universities need to carry out top-down training education for medical students,from curriculum setting to students'innovative ability training.
