摘要
目的探讨临床路径结合计划-执行-检查-处理(Plan-Do-Check-Action,PDCA)循环管理模式在妇产科临床教学中的作用。方法回顾性选取2020年9—12月房县人民医院120名临床实习的医学专业本科生,采用随机数表分为两组,各60名。对照组采用PDCA循环管理,研究组采用临床路径结合PDCA循环管理。对两组医学生的临床实践能力和教学满意度进行了对比。结果研究组在门诊病历书写能力、住院病历书写能力、医患沟通能力等方面评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组妇产科查体技能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组课程内容设置、授课教师满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床路径与PDCA循环管理相结合,可有效促进妇产科医学生病历书写能力、医患沟通能力、教学满意度,进一步提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway combined plan-do-check-process(PDCA)cycle management model in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 120 medical undergraduates with clinical practice in Fangxian People's Hospital from September to December 2020 were retrospectively selected.Using a random number table,they were divided into two groups,60 medical undergraduates in each group.The control group adopted PDCA cycle management,while the study group adopted clinical pathway combined with PDCA cycle management.The clinical practice skills and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of outpatient medical record writing ability,inpatient medical record writing ability,and doctor-patient communication ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in physical examination skills score between the two groups in obstetrics and gynecology(P>0.05).The study group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of curriculum content setting and teacher satisfaction score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of clinical pathway and PDCA cycle management can effectively improve the ability of medical record writing,doctor-patient communication and teaching satisfaction in obstetrics and gynecology,and further improve the teaching effect.
