麻醉危机管理深度融入胸外科麻醉教学中的应用研究

Application Research of Deep Integration of Anesthesia Crisis Management into Thoracic Surgery Anesthesia Teaching

目的探讨危机管理培训在麻醉住培医师胸外科麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2—12月在南京医科大学附属泰州人民医院麻醉科接受规范化培训的36名麻醉科住培医生,随机分为常规培训组和危机管理培训组,各18名学员,两组都进行教学大纲要求的常规内容培训,危机管理培训组在讲课前先设定4个胸外科麻醉危机发生场景,在课中重点讨论并在课后1周进行知识点闭卷考试,对两组住培医生分别进行非技术技能评定。结果讲课后1周,危机管理培训组理论考试成绩均好于常规培训组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非技术技能评定除状况认知评分点外,其余3个评分点危机管理培训组得分均高于常规培训组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危机管理培训能使住培医生能够更好地掌握培训知识点并提高麻醉危机管理水平。

Objective To explore the application effect of crisis management training in anesthesia teaching in thoracic surgery of anesthesiologists.Methods Thirty-six resident doctors of anesthesiology who received standardized training in the Department of Anesthesiology of Taizhou People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from February to December 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into a routine training group and a crisis management training group,with 18 trainees in each group.Both groups carried out the routine content training required by the syllabus,and the crisis management training group set 4 thoracic surgery anesthesia crisis scenarios before the lecture.Focus on discussion in the class and a closed-book examination of knowledge points one week after class.Results One week after the lecture,the scores of the in the theoretical test crisis management group were better than those of the routine training group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Except for the situation cognition score point,the scores of other three scoring points in the crisis management group training were higher than those of the routine training group in the non-technical skills assessment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Crisis management training can better grasp the training knowledge points and improve the level of anesthesia crisis management on the resident doctors.
