消毒供应中心手术器械清洗质量管理模式的实施在预防院内感染中的应用价值

The Application Value of the Implementation of the Quality Management Mode of Surgical Instrument Cleaning in the Disinfection Supply Center in Preventing Nosocomial Infection

目的探讨消毒供应中心不同手术器械清洗质量管理模式预防院内感染的临床效果。方法抽取2021年1—12月溧阳市人民医院消毒供应中心回收的486件手术器械,依据清洗消毒质量管理方法的不同分为观察组(243件,实施基于FOCUS-PDCA循环模式的质量管理)和对照组(243件,实施常规质量管理)。以目测法联合三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光检测技术评价两组手术器械清洗消毒效果,统计返洗率。结果观察组手术器械清洗消毒目测法检查合格率(99.18%)高于对照组(95.88%),ATP荧光检测合格率(98.35%)高于对照组(94.65%),器械返洗率(2.06%)低于对照组(8.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于FOCUS-PDCA循环模式对消毒供应中心手术器械清洗消毒进行质量管理,可以有效提高器械清洗消毒质量,对预防院内感染具有积极作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of different surgical instrument cleaning quality management modes in the disinfection supply center for preventing nosocomial infection.Methods From January to December 2021,486 surgical instruments recovered by the Disinfection Supply Center of Liyang People's Hospital were selected.According to different cleaning and disinfection quality management methods,they were divided into observation group(243 cases,implementing quality management based on FOCUS-PDCA cycle mode)and control group(243 cases,implementing routine quality management).The cleaning and disinfection effects of surgical instruments in the two groups were evaluated by visual inspection combined with adenosine triphosphate(ATP)fluorescence detection technology,and the backwash rate was counted.Results The pass rate(99.18%)of the surgical instruments cleaning and disinfection visual inspection method in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.88%).The qualified rate of ATP fluorescence detection(98.35%)was higher than that of the control group(94.65%),and the rate of device backwashing(2.06%)was lower than that of the control group(8.64%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the FOCUS-PDCA cycle mode,the quality management of cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center can effectively improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection of instruments,has a positive effect on the prevention of nosocomial infection.
