医疗大数据背景下的突发公共卫生事件应急建设

Emergency Construction of Public Health Emergencies under the Background of Medical Big Data

近年来信息技术的高速发展、医疗大数据应急管理平台的搭建、社区卫生服务机构资源的合理配置等因素为突发公共卫生事件应急体系建设提供帮助。我国政府智慧治理中的先进经验和存在的问题,为突发公共卫生事件的应急处理提供了难得的机会。我国突发公共卫生事件应急体系已经初步搭建完成,面对新形势新问题还需逐步提高应急能力。本文利用文献研究法,以中国知网、万方等数据库为依据,探讨在突发公共卫生事件的应急处理方面医疗大数据手段的应用。

In recent years,the rapid development of information technology,the construction of medical big data emergency management platform,and the reasonable allocation of resources of community health service institutions have provided help for the construction of emergency response system for public health emergencies.The advanced experience and existing problems in the smart governance of the Chinese government provide a rare opportunity for the emergency response to public health emergencies,our country's emergency response system for public health emergencies has been initially established,and it is necessary to gradually improve emergency response capabilities in the face of new situations and new problems.This paper uses the literature research method,and based on CNKI,Wanfang and other databases,to discuss the application of medical big data methods in the emergency treatment of public health emergencies.
