摘要
以某医院为例,基于多维度成果价值视角,从业务提质和管理增效两个层面,阐述基本护理、拓展护理、成本管理、质量管理四个维度的护理绩效内涵,提出护理序列绩效改革的思考。护理序列绩效改革的首要任务是促进团队协作,提升科室整体竞争力;在新旧方案过渡期,应坚持以业务为中心,减少改革风险;绩效管理改革重在“管理”,而不仅仅是对绩效额度的核算。
Taking a hospital as an example,based on the perspective of multi-dimensional achievement value,this study expounded basic nursing,extended nursing,cost management and quality management from the perspective of business quality improvement and management efficiency,so as to propose thoughts of nursing sequence performance reform.The primary task of nursing sequence performance reform is to promote teamwork and enhance the overall competitiveness of the department.During the transition period between the old and new programs,we should adhere to the business-centered approach to reduce reform risks.The performance management reform focuses on management,which is not just on accounting for performance quotas.
