Exploration of Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment of Geriatric Medicine in Elderly Friendly Hospitals

从文化理念、制度建设、主观能动性方面讨论老年医学多学科诊疗模式发展的困境,并提出建议:嵌入管理文化理念并加大宣传力度,完善顶层制度设计,构建合理的收费标准和绩效评价体系,加强信息化建设并赋能基层医疗机构,充分发挥专职护士和临床药师的作用。

This study discussed the dilemma of the development of multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment model of geriatric medicine from the aspects of cultural concept,system construction and subjective initiative.We proposed to embed the management culture concept in such multi-disciplinary model and increase publicity.It is necessary to improve the top-level system design,and build reasonable charging standards and performance evaluation system.It is recommended to strengthen information construction,empower primary medical institutions,and give full play to the role of full-time nurses and clinical pharmacists.
