阿勒锦岛国家湿地公园浮游植物群落结构特征

Characteristics of Phytoplankton Community Structure in Alejin Island National Wetland Park

2020年7月采用高通量测序和镜检相结合的方法对阿勒锦岛国家湿地公园的浮游植物群落结构特征进行研究。结果表明:共检出浮游植物藻类7门9纲14目21科36属41种(含变种),其中硅藻门、蓝藻门和绿藻门为优势类群物种;根据生物多样性分析水体鉴定标准为轻度污染或无污染;根据水化指标分析表明湿地公园内水质符合国家Ⅳ类水体指标标准。物种与环境典型对应分析表明裸藻门与总氮、氨氮成正相关,绿藻门与pH值、溶解氧成正相关。

The structure of phytoplankton community by high-throughput sequencing and microscopic examination in Alejin Island National Wetland Park were investigated in July 2020.A total of 41 species of phytoplankton belonging to 36 genera,21 families,14 orders and 7 phyla were detected(including varieties),among which diatom,Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta are the dominant species.According to the analysis of the hydration index,the water identification standard of biodiversity analysis at each sampling point is light pollution or no pollution;the water quality in the Alejin Island National Wetland Park meets the national class IV water index standard.The typical correspondence analysis between species and environment shows that Euglenophyta is positively correlated with total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen,and Chlorophyta is positively correlated with pH value and dissolved oxygen.
