摘要
基于OptiStruct软件和子模型分析方法,对时速400 km高速动车组进行强度分析和刚度分析,选择车体中间部分作为设计域,确定子模型边界位置并生成边界节点位移信息,通过仿真计算验证子模型的有效性.通过子模型进行车体轻量化优化设计,优化后的概念车在减重的同时,满足恶劣工况下车体的强度和刚度要求.
Based on OptiStruct software and the sub-model analysis method,the strength analysis and stiffness analysis of the 400 km/h high-speed EMU were carried out.The middle part of the car body is selected as the design domain.The boundary position of sub-model is determined,and the displacement information of boundary node is generated.The validity of the sub-model is verified by simulation calculation,and the optimization design of the car body weight is conducted based on sub-model.The optimized concept car meets the strength and stiffness requirements of the car body under the severe loading cases with reduced weight.
