摘要
设计了一种针对铁路货车轴承即双列圆锥滚子轴承的动态分析系统.系统由用来拾取信号并对其进行滤波分频的硬件部分和对信号进行分析处理的上位机程序组成,通过对轴承运行时时域参数的监测记录,实现铁路货车双列圆锥滚子轴承的振动质量检测;使用SPC质量控制工具实现一批轴承振动质量的统计质量控制,分析轴承批次的整体振动质量;经实验验证,系统可以有效检测轴承的振动质量,为铁路轴承检测提供一种新手段.
A dynamic analysis system for railway freight car bearing,namely double row tapered roller bearing,is designed.The system is composed of the hardware part which is used to pick up the signal and filter the signal and the upper computer program which is used to analyze and process the signal.By monitoring and recording the time-domain parameters of the bearing when it is running,the vibration quality detection of the double-row tapered roller bearing of railway freight car is realized.The statistical quality control of a batch of bearing vibration quality was realized by using SPC quality control tool,and the overall vibration quality of the bearing batch was analyzed.The experiment results show that the system can effectively detect the vibration quality of the bearing,which provides a new method for the detection of railway bearing.
