单臂塔式起重机塔身碰撞研究

摘要 以某型号单臂塔式起重机塔身结构为研究对象,利用HyperMesh软件建立了以壳单元为主的塔身有限元模型.采用LS-DYNA软件开展了塔身不同位置的碰撞仿真研究,得到了塔身碰撞模型的能量-位移曲线、碰撞时间和侵入位移等数据信息.仿真结果表明:发生在塔身中部的碰撞危害性更大,同时对塔身的薄弱结构进行了改进设计.该研究成果有助于后期塔式起重机的设计工作和塔机防碰撞研究的开展. The tower body structure of a single-arm tower crane is taken as the research object, the finite element model of tower body was established by using HyperMesh software, the finite element model of the tower body is mainly composed of shell elements. LS-DYNA software was used to carry out the collision simulation research on different positions of the tower body to obtain the energy-displacement curve, collision time, intrusion displacement and other data information of the tower body collision model. Through the study of the simulation results, it is found that the collision in the middle of the tower body is more dangerous, and the weak structure of the tower body is improved. The research results are helpful to the design of tower crane and the development of anti-collision content of the tower crane.
