混凝土断裂过程中氯离子侵蚀数值研究

摘要 为研究混凝土Ⅰ型、Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合型裂缝扩展过程中氯离子侵蚀问题,采用Ansys软件自编程序模拟了混凝土三点弯曲、四点剪切梁断裂裂缝开展过程,根据结构-热耦合分析方法,基于体应变、损伤变量与氯离子扩散系数一一映射关系,实现了混凝土Ⅰ型及Ⅰ-Ⅱ复合型断裂过程中典型阶段氯离子侵蚀的数值分析.结果表明:荷载作用下混凝土小梁裂尖位置处氯离子侵蚀加剧,呈现显著的集中现象,为复杂工况下混凝土结构氯离子侵蚀问题研究提供了一种有效的方法. In order to study the chloride ion erosion in concrete during the process of type Ⅰ and Ⅰ-Ⅱ composite crack propagation,the development process of fracture crack of three-point bending and four-point shearing concrete beams were simulated by Ansys software.According to the structure-thermal coupling analysis,one to one mapping relationship among volume strain,damage variable and chloride diffusion coefficient,numerical analysis of chloride ion erosion of concrete in typical stage of mode Ⅰ and Ⅰ-Ⅱ composite fracture process was conducted.The results show that chloride ion erosion at the crack tip of concrete trabeculae is intensified under the action of load,and a significant concentration phenomenon appeared.It provides an effective method for the study of chloride corrosion of concrete structure under complex load conditions.
