摘要
在旅游景点介绍英译实践中,研究原文的语言特点,洞察原文蕴含的文化背景,分析原文主导的交际意图,以适应原文和译文的生态环境,传播岭南文化内涵,达到宣传目的。以陈家祠、荔枝湾等广州知名旅游景点介绍英译文本为例,基于生态翻译学视角,从语言维、文化维和交际维对译文进行适应性选择和转换,包括句子结构的改变、修辞风格的调整、适应性文化增补等,从而实现译文的语言、文化和交际生态在目的语环境下能够生存与长存。
This paper takes the English translation of the introduction of famous tourist attractions in Guangzhou such as The Chen Clan Ancestral Hall and Litchi Bay as examples,analyzes them from the perspective of Eco-translatology theories,and makes adaptive selection and transformation of the translation from the language dimension,cultural dimension and communication dimension,including the change of sentence structure,the adjustment of rhetoric style,and the addition of adaptive culture,etc.,so as to realize that the language,culture and communicative ecology of the translation can survive in the target language environment. In the practice of English translation of tourist attraction introductions,the author tries to study the language characteristics of the original text,gain insight into the cultural background and analyze the communicative intentions,achieving the purpose of transmitting the natural and cultural landscape of Lingnan.
