胃腺癌合并微血管病性溶血性贫血1例报道

A case of gastric adenocarcinoma with microangiopathy hemolytic anemia

摘要 恶性肿瘤骨转移合并溶血性贫血,血小板减少,需要警惕微血管病性溶血性贫血(microagiopath⁃ic hemolytic anemia,MAHA),其特征是外周血涂片中可见大量红细胞碎片和畸形红细胞,血浆游离血红蛋白增多,结合珠蛋白下降,出现血红蛋白尿,并常有血小板不同程度减少,骨髓红细胞代偿增生,网织红细胞增多,而抗人球蛋白试阴性[1]。本文报道1例胃腺癌合并微血管病性溶血性贫血,以提高对本病的认识。
