文化育人是医学院校培养卓越医学人才的重要举措。医学院校应提高对文化育人的重视程度,充分挖掘校园文化的思政教育功能,不断创新文化建设形式,重视榜样引领作用,加强文化育人品牌建设,积极探索新时代医学教育的文化育人路径,肩负起培养全方位发展医学人才的重大职责,将医学人文素养教育贯穿学生成长全过程,培养兼具仁心与仁术的杰出医学人才。

Cultural education in medical colleges and universities is one of the important measures to cultivate excellent physicians with salvation compassion, great love of mind and super medical skills. Medical colleges and universities should take the cultural education seriously in thought and in action, fully excavate the function of ideological and political education of campus culture, constantly innovate the forms of cultural construction, value the importance of role models, strengthen the brand building of cultural education, actively explore the cultural education path of medical education in the new era, shoulder the major responsibility of training all-round development of medical talents, run medical humanistic literacy education through the whole process of medical students’ growth.
