高校校史在思想政治教育中的功能定位及其实现路径——以上海大学为例

校史是一所高校长期积累的独特资源,对高校师生具有重要的示范、导向以及激励教育功能,已经日益成为高校思想政治教育的重要载体。通过系统梳理老上海大学这一“红色学府”的具体实践,厘清校史资源融入大学生思想政治教育的行动逻辑,可以得出以下重要启示,即宏观设计上要完善制度,保障校史研究队伍,中观应用上要拓宽校史在思想政治中的呈现方式,微观传播上要转变校史在大学生中的传播形式。因此,发挥好校史“润物细无声”作用,对于新时代高校思想政治教育工作具有重要借鉴价值。

The school history of colleges and universities is a unique resource accumulated by the school for a very long time.It has important functions of demonstration education,guidance education and incentive education for college students,and it has become an important carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.By systematically sorting out the specific practice of Shanghai University as“A Red Academy”and clarifying the action logic of integrating school history resources into ideological and political education of college students,important enlightenment can be drawn,that is,the macro design should improve the system to guarantee the school history research team;in the application of mesosphere,we should broaden the way school history is presented in ideology and politics;on the micro-communications,it is necessary to change the propagation form of school history among college students.Therefore,giving full play to the role of“moistening things in silence”in school history has important reference value for ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.
