摘要
目的通过数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗颈源性眩晕的选穴规律。方法计算机检索Wanfang Data、CNKI、CBM、VIP、PubMed近10年收录的针灸治疗颈源性眩晕的临床研究文献,用Excel 2010软件建立针灸处方数据库并进行描述性分析,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0及SPSS Statistics 26.0软件对数据进行关联规则分析与聚类分析。结果最终纳入文献70篇,提取处方73条,共涉及腧穴66个,总频次为371次,频次前5位的腧穴分别为风池、颈夹脊、百会、天柱、阿是穴,频次最高的经络和部位分别为足少阳胆经与头项部。通过关联规则分析得到以“风池-颈夹脊-百会”为核心的处方。对频次≥6的腧穴进行聚类分析,可得到6个有效聚类群。结论针灸治疗颈源性眩晕临床取穴以足少阳胆经为主,重视远近配穴及特定穴的应用,体现了“腧穴所在,主治所在”“经脉所过,主治所在”的基本规律。
Objective:To investigate the rules of acupoint selection of acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo by data mining technology.Methods:The clinical research literatures on acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo in Wangfang Data,CNKI,CBM,VIP and PubMed in recent 10 years were searched by computer.The acupuncture prescription database was established by Excel 2010 software and descriptive analysis was carried out.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used to analyze the association rules and conduct cluster analysis.Results:A total of 70 articles were finally included and 73 prescriptions were extracted,involving 66acupoints with a total frequency of 371.The top 5 acupoints were Fengchi,neck Jiaji,Baihui,Tianzhu and Ashi.The meridians and parts with the highest frequency were the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian and the headnape.The prescription with“Fengchi-neck Jiaji-Baihui”as the core was obtained through the analysis of association rules.6 effective cluster groups were obtained by cluster analysis of acupoints with frequency≥6.Conclusion:Clinical acupoint selection for treating cervical vertigo mainly focuses on the gallbladder meridian of foot Shaoyang;the attention to the application of far and near acupoints and specific acupoints embodies the basic law of“where the acupoints are,where the indications are”and“where the meridians pass,where the indications are”.
