从“心与小肠相表里”探讨温阳散瘀法治疗溃疡性结肠炎

Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis by Warming Yang and Dissipating Blood Stasis from the Perspective of“Exterior-interior Relationship between Heart and Small Intestine”

中医藏象理论认为,心与小肠表里相依,生理相关,病理相及。近年来亦有学者根据肠道微生态与心脏之间的双向信号传递提出了“肠心轴”学说。本文从“心与小肠相表里”角度出发,认为溃疡性结肠炎的发病除涉及肝脾肾等脏之外,还与心主一身之阳、心主血脉功能失司密切相关,心阳不足,寒移肠腑,瘀血阻络为溃疡性结肠炎的重要病机,提出温阳散瘀之治疗大法,以温通阳气固其本,审证查因,灵活选用通络、解郁、化痰诸法以祛瘀,虚瘀并治,攻补兼施,为溃疡性结肠炎的中医辨治提供新思路。

According to the Zangxiang Theory in traditional Chinese medicine,the heart and small intestine are dependent on each other,physiologically related and pathologically related.In recent years,some scholars have put forward the theory of“heart-gut axis”according to the two-way signal transmission between intestinal microecology and heart.It is believed that the incidence of ulcerative colitis is not only related to the liver,spleen and kidney,but also closely related to the yang of the heart and the loss of blood function.The treatment of ulcerative colitis should be warming yang and invigorating blood.This paper starts from the perspective of“the heart and the small intestine are related to the outside and inside”.It is advocated that the deficiency of heart-yang,deficient cold of spleen and stomach and blood stasis obstructing the meridians are the core pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis.For treatment,it is suggested to use warming yang and benefiting qi to protect the root.In addition,the methods of unblocking collaterals,moving qi and dissolving phlegm can also be adopted based on the syndromes and cause.The treatment principle includes regulating deficiency and blood stasis and attacking as well as strengthening,of which can provide ideas for the treatment of ulcerative colitis in traditional Chinese medicine.
