快速性心律失常从阴火辨治探析

Syndrome Differentiation of Tachyarrhythmia From“Yin-Fire”Theory

金元医家李东垣的“阴火论”是中医学“火邪致病”认识的重要分支。心为君脏,属火而居上,火邪是心系疾病重要的致病因素之一。本文从“阴火”角度探讨快速性心律失常的辨治思路。快速性心律失常的病因为阴火内生,病机为脾胃虚损,阴火内生,炎上扰心,治法为调脾理气泻火,方选补中益气汤加减,并以一则验案作分享。临证基于“阴火”理论辨治快速性心律失常应重视脾胃在疾病演变过程中的关键作用,以脾胃虚损为疾病根源,治疗重在调治脾胃、畅通气机。

The“Yin Fire Theory”of Li Dongyuan,a physician of the Jin and Yuan Dynasties,is an important branch of the understanding of“fire pathogens”in TCM.Fire is one of the important pathogenic factors of heart disease.This paper tries to discuss the idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment of tachyarrhythmia from the perspective of“Yin Fire”.The conclusion is that the cause of tachyarrhythmia is endogenous yin fire,the pathogenesis is deficiency of the spleen and stomach,endogenous yin fire,and the scorching sun disturbs the heart,and the treatment method is to adjust the spleen and regulate qi.The alternative treatment is to add and subtract Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and we share a successful case.Diagnosis and treatment of tachyarrhythmia based on the theory of“yin fire”attaches great importance to the key role of the spleen and stomach in the evolution of the disease.The treatment focuses on regulating the spleen and stomach and unblock the qi.
