内热针腰夹脊穴结合靶点射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Internal Heat Acupuncture at Waist Jiaji Point Combined with Targeted Radiofrequency Ablation of Nucleoplasty in the Treatment of Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的观察内热针腰夹脊穴结合靶点射频消融髓核成形术在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗的临床效果。方法患者80例随机分为两组,观察组患者采用内热针腰夹脊穴结合靶点射频消融髓核成形术治疗,对照组采用靶点射频消融髓核成形术治疗,对比两组患者腰椎疾患综合评分(JOA)、Prolo功能、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰屈曲范围(LFR)。结果观察组总有效率97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组JOA、LFR值高于治疗前(P<0.05),VAS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者Prolo功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间,均无明显不良反应。结论内热针腰夹脊穴结合靶向射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者效果良好,是一种安全、有效、简易的治疗方式,能够改善患者疼痛症状、腰椎功能,对提升患者的生活质量具有积极作用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of internal heat acupuncture at waist Jiaji point combined with targeted radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the observation group were treated with internal heating acupuncture at waist Jiaji point combined with targeted radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty,while the control group was treated with only targeted radiofrequency ablation nucleoplasty.The Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA),Prolo function,Visual analogue scale(VAS)and lumbar flexion range(LFR)of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P>0.05).The JOA score,LFR value and Prolo function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:For patients with lumbar disc herniation,the treatment effect of internal heat acupuncture at lumbar Jiaji point combined with targeted radiofrequency ablation of nucleus pulposus is good.It is a safe,effective and simple treatment method,which can improve patients’pain symptoms and lumbar function,and play a positive role in improving patients′quality of life.
