连云港海洋经济高质量发展研究

Research on High Quality Development of Lianyungang Marine Economy

加快推进连云港海洋经济高质量发展,不仅是江苏推进海洋强省建设的客观要求,同时也是促进连云港经济社会全面发展、实现新时代“后发先至”的必然选择。文章从对象、理念和层次维度上阐述了海洋经济高质量发展的内涵,并对标海洋经济高质量发展的内涵,分析了连云港海洋经济高质量发展存在的问题,提出要发挥涵盖海洋经济运行的“宏观、中观、微观”三个层面的相互作用,大力提升连云港海洋经济的“创新度”“协调度”“绿色度”“开放度”和“共享度”,从而实现连云港海洋经济的高质量发展。

Accelerating the high-quality development of Lianyungang’s marine economy is not only an objective requirement for Jiangsu to promote the construction of a strong marine province, but also an inevitable choice for promoting the comprehensive development of Lianyungang’s economy and society and realizing the “achievement before acting” in the new era. The article expounds the connotation of high-quality development of marine economy from the perspective of object, concept and level, compares the connotation of high-quality development of marine economy with that of Lianyungang, analyzes the problems existing in high-quality development of marine economy, and proposes to give play to the interaction of “macro, meso and micro” three levels covering the operation of marine economy, vigorously improve the “innovation”, “coordination”, “green”, “openness” and “sharing” of Lianyungang’s marine economy, so as to achieve high-quality development of Lianyungang’s marine economy.
