苏北和鲁南地区协同发展研究

Study on the Coordinated Development of Northern Jiangsu and Southern Shandong

苏北和鲁南地区既是我国跨行政区域合作的重要实践区域,也是区域协同发展的重点和难点区域。促进苏北和鲁南地区协同发展,将苏北和鲁南地区打造成跨区域发展典范,对促进江苏、山东两省的高质量发展和我国区域整体协同发展均具有十分重要的意义。在深入了解苏北和鲁南地区经济发展现状及区域协同发展现状的基础上,对苏北和鲁南地区跨省际协同发展过程中存在的问题进行提炼,并围绕区域协同发展过程中存在的问题,从顶层设计优化、互联互通水平提升、产业合作深入、中心城市影响力提升等方面,提出了加快推进苏北和鲁南地区跨省际协同发展的政策建议。

Northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong are not only important practice areas of China’s cross administrative regional cooperation, but also the key and difficult areas of regional coordinated development. Promoting the coordinated development of northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong and building northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong into a model of cross regional development is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of Jiangsu and Shandong provinces and the overall coordinated development of China’s region. On the basis of in-depth understanding of the current situation of economic development and regional collaborative development in northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong, this paper refines the problems existing in the process of cross provincial collaborative development in northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong, and focuses on the problems existing in the process of regional collaborative development From the aspects of top-level design optimization, improvement of interconnection level, deepening of industrial cooperation, and enhancement of the influence of central cities, it puts forward policy suggestions to accelerate the inter provincial coordinated development of northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong.
