摘要
当前国际教师教育专业认证趋向于循证评估,强调基于证据进行评估与问题改进,充分利用已有证据,并整合教育经验判断与改进教师教育的质量。师范类专业认证循证评估具有提高评估的科学性与可靠性、提升评估的协作性与合作性、改进学生的学与教师的教的价值意蕴,但也存在着多元主体证据意识不强、忽视师范生学习过程证据以及过于重视量化评估的功能与作用的问题。因此,我国师范类专业认证循证评估未来要进一步强化多元主体证据意识,树立循证评估的理念;建立认证数据库,重视师范生学习过程证据;优势互补,构建共融共生的评估方法体系。
At present, the international teacher education professional certification tends to be evidence-based evaluation, emphasizing the evaluation and problem improvement based on evidence, making full use of the existing evidence, and integrating educational experience to judge and improve the quality of teacher education.Normal professional certification evidence-based evaluation has improve the evaluation of scientific and reliability, improve evaluation collaboration and cooperation, improve the students’ learning and teachers teach the value of implication, but there are multiple subject evidence consciousness is not strong, ignore normal student learning process evidence and pay too much attention to the function and function of quantitative evaluation.Therefore, in the future, we should further strengthen the awareness of evidence of multiple subjects, establish certification database, attach attention to the learning evidence of normal university students, and construct the evaluation method system.
