摘要 高等教育以立德树人为根本任务,教师素养决定教育质量,因此必须重视教师素养的提升和发展,加强高校教师发展中心的建设。但是,目前高校教师发展中心还存在机构职能不明确、职能发挥不充分,培训形式单一化、培训覆盖面不全,职业发展规划和顶层设计不可持续等问题。因此,应当从三个方面加强高校教师发展中心建设,使教师发展中心建设走向制度化、规范化的道路。第一,优化机构设置,加强环境建设,营造文化氛围;第二,构建多元化培训方式,扩大培训的覆盖面;第三,引领青年教师做好科学的职业生涯规划,根据教师发展中心的职能定位做好顶层设计。 The fundamental task of higher education is to foster virtue through education and the quality of education is determined by the competency of teachers.Therefore,attention must be paid to the development and improvement of teachers'competency and the construction of teacher development centers in colleges and universities.However,at present,teacher development centers are faced with the following problems,including unclear institutional functions,insufficient functional performance,simplified modes of training,limited training coverage and unsustainable career development planning and top-level design.Therefore,in order to make the construction of teacher development centers more institutionalized and standardized,three aspects should be strengthened.Firstly,institutional settings are supposed to be optimized and environmental construction to be improved so as to create a sound cultural atmosphere;secondly,diversified training methods can be constructed in order to expand the coverage of training;thirdly,young teachers should be guided to complete a scientific career planning,and top-level design of centers should be made based on its positioning function.
