退耕农户林业可持续经营模式选择的影响因素及区域异质性分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Heterogeneity of Farmers′ Choice of Sustainable Forest Management Mode

林业的可持续经营是退耕还林工程实现生态保护与农户增收的现实基础。基于赣川陕3省共976份退耕农户调研数据,将经营模式按经营主体的不同分为3种模式,运用多项Logit模型探究退耕还林工程背景下农户选择林业经营模式的影响因素。结果表明:外出务工人数、农田面积、农业收入和退耕补偿会显著影响农户对经营模式的选择,其中外出务工人数和农田面积越多的农户越倾向于选择新型林业经营模式,而农业收入和退耕补偿越多的农户越倾向于林地经营权私有化的自主经营模式。外出务工人数、农田面积、退耕补偿、退耕面积与弃耕行为对不同省份退耕农户林业经营模式的选择具有不同影响。

The sustainable forest management is the realistic basis for China to achieve ecological protection and increase of household income in the Grain for Green Project(GGP),Based on the survey data of 976 farmers in the GGP for Jiangxi,Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces,this paper divided the operation mode into three modes according to the different operating subjects,and used multiple Logit models to explore the influencing factors of farmers′ choice of forestry operation mode under the background of farmland conversion project.The results show that the number of migrant workers,farmland area,agricultural income and compensation for returning farmland significantly affect farmers′ choice of business model.Among them,the farmers with more migrant workers and more farmland area will choose the new forestry management mode,while the farmers with more agricultural income and compensation prefer the independent management mode of forest land management privatization.Heterogeneity analysis show that the number of migrant workers,farmland area,compensation for returning farmland,returning farmland area and abandonment behavior have different impacts on farmers′ choice in different provinces.
