摘要
通过KR铁水预脱硫水模型试验,分析探讨了湖南华菱涟源钢铁有限公司210转炉厂KR铁水脱硫的影响因素。研究结果表明,搅拌器转速、搅拌器插入深度、铁水罐装载深度、罐径比对铁水脱硫动力学有明显影响,搅拌器罐径比0.38、转速160 r/min、插入深度213 mm、铁水罐装载深度450 mm时脱硫效果最好。基于水模型试验结果在涟钢210转炉厂进行了工业性试验:将搅拌器罐径比由原来的0.34提高至0.38(即搅拌器平均直径由原来的1 290 mm增大为1 440 mm,叶片高度由原850 mm增加至950 mm),转速调整为116 r/min。优化后搅拌时间缩短1.1 min、脱硫剂消耗降低3.4%、搅拌器寿命提高36.1%。
The influencing factors of KR hot metal desulfurization in 210 converter plant of Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd. were analyzed and discussed, through water model test of KR hot metal pre-desulfurization. The results showed that the rotating speed of agitator, the insertion depth of agitator, the loading depth of hot metal ladle, and tank diameter ratio had a significant impact on the desulfurization kinetics of hot metal. The desulfurization effect was best when the tank diameter ratio of agitator was 0.38,the rotating speed was 160 r/min, the insertion depth was 213 mm and the loading depth of molten iron tank was 450 mm. Based on the water model test results, an industrial test was carried out in 210 converter plant: the tank diameter ratio of the agitator was increased from 0.34 to 0.38(i.e. the average diameter of the agitator was increased from 1 290 mm to 1 440 mm, and the blade height was increased from 850 mm to 950 mm),the speed was adjusted to 116 r/min. After optimization the mixing time was shortened by 1.1 min, the consumption of desulfurizer was reduced by 3.4 %,and the service life of the agitator was increased by 36.1 %.
