摘要
水语身体部位词通过转喻的方式可以指称人的性格、情感、情绪、思维、心理品质、判断力等,通过隐喻的相似性原则产生了数目庞大的隐喻表达式。基于认知语言学理论,探讨水语身体部位词的语义延伸,水语的身体部位词通过转喻和隐喻的作用能引申出新的义项,转喻和隐喻二者是连续和互动的关系。
Body words in Sui language can refer to people’s character,emotion,thinking,psychological quality and judgment through metonymy.Through the similarity principle of metaphor,a large number of metaphorical expressions are produced.Based on the theory of cognitive linguistics,this paper discusses the semantic extension of body words in Sui language,which can derive new meanings through metonymy and metaphor.Metonymy and metaphor are continuous and interactive relation.
