摘要
提高教师教育人才培养质量,是我国高等教育改革发展的题中之义。文山学院以社会需求为导向,实施应用转型并进行配套改革,通过调整、优化、撤并,构建了由15个师范专业组成的教师教育专业群,形成了基本覆盖基础教育学科的师范专业体系;以师范专业认证指标体系为标准,补短板强弱项,通过修正人才培养目标定位,建立三方协同育人平台和机制,强化实践教学,完善了师范生培养体系,形成了集群建设联动发展、专业分类重点建设的思路,走出了一条在边疆民族地区师范教育发展的路子。文山学院教师教育专业群的构建与实践探索,对新建本科高校师范教育发展有一定的实践借鉴价值和经验启示意义。
Improving talent training quality of teacher education is the essence of China’s higher education reform and development.Guided by social needs,Wenshan University has implemented application transformation and supporting reforms.Through adjustment,optimization and merger,it has built a teacher education professional group composed of 15 teacher education majors,forming a teacher education professional system that basically covers basic education disciplines;Taking the certification index system of teachers’ major as the standard,we have filled in the weaknesses,established a tripartite collaborative education platform and mechanism,strengthened practical teaching,improved the training system of normal students,formed the idea of coordinated development of cluster construction and key construction of major classification,and found a way to develop normal education in border ethnic areas.The construction and practical exploration of teacher education professional group in Wenshan University has certain practical reference value and experience enlightenment significance for the development of normal education in newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities.
