乡村振兴背景下优秀乡村教师的角色特质与生成机理 被引量:10

摘要 乡村振兴,教育需先行。优秀乡村教师是乡村教育的强大引擎,为产出优秀乡村教师的角色特质,运用质化内容分析法,对77位优秀乡村教师个体行为编码、分析,得出身心在场守护乡村教育、潜心探索教学、仁而爱人引领发展是优秀乡村教师贯穿始终的角色特质。研究进一步发现,多元角色特质的形成源于优秀乡村教师内心与乡土建立完整的关系,消解分裂的痛苦;心怀责任感,驱使担当育人使命;与教育良性互动,赢得他者承认,强化身份自觉。基于此,职前可通过增进师范生乡土熟悉感,职后重塑乡村教师职业热情,以助力更多乡村教师走向优秀。 Rural revitalization requires education to go first.Excellent rural teachers are the powerful engine of rural education.In order to understand the role characteristics of excellent rural teachers,we use qualitative content analysis to code and analyze the individual behaviors of 77 excellent rural teachers,and come to the conclusion that the role characteristics of excellent rural teachers are physical and mental presence to protect rural education,devoting themselves to explore teaching,and leading development with benevolence.The study further found that the formation of multiple role traits stems from the complete relationship betweenthe the hearts of excellent rural teachers and the countryside,which relieves the pain of division.With a sense of responsibility,teachers are driven to undertake the mission of education.Positive interaction with education,they win the recognition of others and strengthen the self-consciousness of identity.Based on this,we can increase the familiarity of normal students with the countryside before employment,and reshape the professional enthusiasm of rural teachers after employment,so as to help more rural teachers become excellent.
