摘要
本试验旨在研究沙棘黄酮对早期断奶仔猪生长性能的影响,选用14日龄的杜长大断奶仔猪36头,随机分为4组,每组9头。在基础日粮的基础上,各组分别添加0%、0.10%、0.30%、0.50%的沙棘黄酮,试验期为21 d。试验结果显示:日粮中添加0.30%、0.50%的沙棘黄酮可显著提高早期断奶仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),显著降低料重比(P<0.05),极显著降低腹泻率(P<0.01);显著降低断奶后第3、21天仔猪血清皮质醇水平(P<0.05);显著或极显著提高断奶后第3、21天仔猪血清生长激素、胰岛素和胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。
To study the effects of sea buckthorn flavones on growth performance of serum in early weanling piglets,36 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshine piglets at the age of 14 days were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 9 pigs in each group.On the basis of basal diet,each group was supplemented 0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%sea buckthorn flavones in their diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 d.Results showed that adding 0.3%or 0.5%sea buckthorn flavones could significantly improve the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of weanling piglets(P<0.05),and significantly decrease the ratio of feed to gain(P<0.05)and post weanling diarrhea rate(P<0.01).It also significantly reduces serum cortisol level of piglets on the 3 rd and 21 st day after weaning(P<0.05),and significantly or extremely increases the serum growth hormone,insulin and insulin-like growth factor-I level(P<0.05 or P<0.01)on the 3 rd and 21 st day after weaning.
