植物甾醇对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Phytosterols Supplementation on Growth Performance,Serum Biochemical Indices and Antioxidant Capacity of Yellow-Feather Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮添加植物甾醇对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化能力及相关生长因子的影响,为其在黄羽肉鸡生产上的应用提供参考数据。试验选取1日龄健康黄羽肉鸡360羽随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复20羽,试验期共63 d。三个处理组分别为:饲喂基础日粮空白对照组(NC);饲喂基础日粮+250 mg/kg土霉素盐+200 mg/kg那西肽抗生素组(PC);饲喂基础日粮+25 mg/kg植物甾醇试验组(PS)。试验期间于第21、42和63天进行称重及样品采集。试验结果表明:植物甾醇对黄羽肉鸡的日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均无显著影响(P>0.05);空白组和植物甾醇组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量差异不显著,但二者显著高于抗生素组(P<0.01),三个处理组其他血清生化指标无显著差异(P>0.05);与空白组和抗生素组相比,植物甾醇组鸡胰岛素生长因子1含量显著提高(P<0.01);植物甾醇组肉鸡的肝脏指数显著增高(P<0.05)。饲料中添加植物甾醇25 mg/kg不影响黄羽肉鸡生长性能,鸡胰岛素生长因子1含量和肝脏指数的提高表明其一定程度上可以促进黄羽肉鸡代谢及生长。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of phytosterol supplementation on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,antioxidant capacity and related growth factors of yellow-feather broilers,aiming to provide reference data for its application in the yellow-feather broilers production.A total of 360 one-day-old healthy yellow-feather broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate.The experiment lasted for 63 days.Three treatment groups included control group fed on basal diet(NC),basal diet+250 mg/kg oxytetracycline salt+200 mg/kg naceptide antibiotic group(PC),basal diet+25 mg/kg phytosterol test group(PS).Weighing and sample collection were conducted on day 21,42 and 63 during the experiment.The results showed that phytosterol supplementation had no significant effects on average daily gain,average daily feed intake and feed/gain of yellow-feather broilers(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in cholesterol content between the antibiotic group and the phytosterol supplementing group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol content between blank group and phytosterol group,however,that of the two groups were significantly higher than antibiotic group(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in other serum biochemical indexes among the three treatment groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group and antibiotic group,insulin growth factor 1 content increased significantly in the phytosterol supplementation group(P<0.01).The liver index of broilers in phytosterol group significantly increased(P<0.05).Supplementation of 25 mg/kg phytosterols does not affect the growth performance of yellow-feather broilers,and the increase of insulin growth factor 1 content indicates it can promote metabolism and enhance growth performance of the broilers to a certain extent.
