摘要
为了揭示双酚A(BPA)对雄性西部食蚊鱼个体表型的影响,本研究以我国西部食蚊鱼为研究对象,通过检测0μg/L、15μg/L和225μg/L的BPA暴露下雄鱼的性格特征、生殖行为以及生长和生殖性状的差异,探讨BPA对水生生物的潜在影响。结果表明:(1)15μg/L的BPA暴露显著减弱雄鱼的勇敢度(P<0.05),225μg/L的BPA暴露显著增强雄鱼的社会度(P<0.05);(2)225μg/L的BPA显著降低雄鱼的脂肪含量(P<0.05)。因此,BPA可以改变雄性西部食蚊鱼的个体表型,并对野生西部食蚊鱼的生存产生负面影响。
In order to reveal the effect of bisphenol A(BPA)on the individual phenotype of male mosquitofish,this study detected the character traits,reproductive behavior and reproductive biology traits of male western mosquitofish Gambusia affinis treated with 0μg/L,15μg/L and 225μg/L BPA.The results showed that:(1)15μg/L BPA exposure significantly reduced the boldness(P<0.05),225μg/L BPA exposure significantly increased the shoaling(P<0.05),(2)225μg/L BPA significantly reduced the fat content(P<0.05).The results showed that BPA exposure could change the individual phenotype in male G.affinis,suggesting BPA could have negative effects on the survival of G.affinis in wild.
