基于Web of Science数据库的黑素皮质素受体研究现状与趋势的可视化分析 被引量:1

摘要 该研究通过文献计量学方法,以“黑素皮质素受体”(melanocortin receptor)为检索词对1993-2022年7月Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的相关论文进行主题检索,对相关文献的年发表量、国家及地区、机构、作者、期刊、学科和关键词分布进行了统计,并运用VOSviewer软件对以上数据进行了可视化。结果显示,1993-2022年7月Web of Science一共收录“黑素皮质素受体”相关论文4895篇,发文量最多的作者来自以Haskell-Luevano C、Hruby V J、Cone R D以及陶亚雄等人为核心的研究团队;从国别来看,发文量最多的国家是美国、瑞典、法国等传统发达国家,近年来中国在这一领域的发文量也在快速上升;发文机构主要集中于美国高校,如哈佛大学、加州大学和佛罗里达州立大学,国内的发文机构主要是中国科学院;本领域的研究热点是黑素皮质素受体激动剂、抑制剂、黑素皮质素肽的开发和功能研究,另外黑素皮质素受体编码基因的突变及相关疾病的治疗也是当下及未来研究的焦点之一。该文为相关领域的科研工作者开展课题研究、寻找潜在合作者与合作机构、追踪当下研究热点和分析未来研究发展趋势提供了有价值的信息。 In this study,the relevant papers included in the Web of Science core collection database from 1993 to July 2022 were searched by bibliometric methods,and the annual publication volume,countries and regions,institutions,authors,journals,disciplines and keyword distribution of related literature were counted,and the above data were visualized using VOSviewer software.The results showed that from 1993 to July,2022,the Web of Science included a total of 4895 papers related to“Melanocortin Receptors”,and the most published authors came from the research team with Haskell-Luevano C,Hurby V J,Cone,R D and Tao Yaxiong as the core.From the perspective of countries,the country with the largest number of articles is the developed countries such as the United States,Sweden,France and in recent years,articles published by china’s anthors in this field are increasing in number quickly.The publishing institutions are mainly in American universities,such as the Harvard University,the University of California and the Florida State University,and the domestic publishing institutions are mainly the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The research hotspots in this field are the development and function of melanocortin receptor agonists,inhibitors,and melanocortin receptor peptides,and the treatment of mutations and related diseases of melanocortin receptor encoding genes is also one of the focuses of current and future research.This study provides valuable information for researchers in related fields to carry out project research,find potential collaborators and cooperative institutions,track current research hotspots and analyze future research trends.
