十二层层叠式笼养蛋鸡舍环境质量监测与分析 被引量:2

摘要 该试验旨在研究分析十二层层叠式蛋鸡舍内不同区域的环境质量,为层叠式笼养鸡舍环境控制提供依据。试验监测了舍内不同时间段,不同笼层,不同水平和垂直方向的环境质量指标。结果表明:温度随着笼层的增高呈逐渐增高的趋势,不同水平方向监测点之间前部温度显著高于中部(P<0.05);CO_(2)浓度呈现上层小,中下层大的趋势,垂直方向第1列显著高于第2列和第3列(P<0.05),水平方向中部和后部显著高于前部区域(P<0.05);垂直方向第1列和第3列监测点风速显著低于第2列(P<0.05),第3列显著高于第1列(P<0.05),水平方向后端监测点风速显著高于中部和前部(P<0.05)。8∶00-14∶00舍内温度随着舍外温度的升高显著升高(P<0.05),舍外温度升高之后,舍内通风量增大,风速显著加大(P<0.05),NH_(3)、CO_(2)浓度和相对湿度随之显著降低(P<0.05)。十二层层叠式蛋鸡舍在初冬季节通过合理的环境控制技术能够保证舍内各项环境指标符合相关要求,不同笼层、水平方向、垂直方向监测点之间环境质量存在差异。 The objective of this study was to investigate and analyze the environmental quality of different areas in the layer house with twelve tiers battery cages in order to provide reference for the environmental control of battery cage.The environmental quality parameters were monitored in different time period,different cage tier,different horizontal and vertical directions.The results showed that the temperature increased gradually with the cage tier.The temperature in the front of different horizontal monitor points was significantly higher than it in the middle(P<0.05).The concentration of CO_(2) in the upper tier was lower thann it in the middle and lower layer.The concentration of CO_(2) of the first column was significantly higher than the second and third column in vertical direction,and that in the middle and rear of horizontal direction was significantly higher than in the front(P<0.05).The air velocity of the first and third column was significantly lower than the second column in vertical direction(P<0.05),and that of the third column was significantly higher than the first column(P<0.05).In horizontal direction,the air velocity in the rear house was significantly higher than in the middle and front(P<0.05).From 8:00 to 14:00,the temperature in hen house increased significantly with the increase of outdoor temperature(P<0.05),and the ventilation and air velocity increased significantly(P<0.05),the concentration of NH_(3),CO_(2) and the relative humidity decreased significantly(P<0.05).In the early winter season,the hen house with twelve tiers battery cages can ensure that the environmental indicators in the house meet the relevant requirements through reasonable environmental control technology.There are differences in the environmental quality between different cage tiers,horizontal and vertical monitoring points.
