中国武术文化中的易经思想解读

An Interpretation of the Thoughts of I Ching in Chinese Wushu Culture

《易经》因具有普世哲理性,并通过简单的符号和语言阐释着万千现象背后永恒不变的思想易理,故被社会各领域所运用和发展。其中,中国武术的用拳机理就是在易经的影响下,逐步完成理论构架的。中国武术作为易经思想在身体文化中的典型代表,伴随着一招一式的极简动作,表现出了复杂多变的招式拳意,从而体现出攻防技击的不变法则。文章通过对易经中“阴阳”“八卦”等关键概念和基本意象的阐述,探讨中国武术文化中“攻防”的阴阳核心思想以及“八体”表现出的八卦意象,使中国武术文化理论更加形象化、具体化。

The book of I Ching is the root of the wisdom of the Chinese nation,the first of all the classics,and a great treasure to understand the laws of all things in the universe.In the course of its development,the book of I Ching has been used and developed in all fields of society because of its universal philosophical nature and its constant thoughts behind the changing phenomena through simple symbols and language.Among them,the use of the boxing mechanism of Chinese Wushu is under the influence of I Ching,and gradually completes the theoretical framework.As a typical representative of I Ching thoughts in physical culture,Chinese Wushu,accompanied by one move and one style,shows complex and changeable moves,thus embodying the invariable rules of attack and defense.By expounding on the key concepts and basic images of“Yin-yang”and“Ba-gua”in I Ching,this paper probes into the core thought of“Yin-yang”and“Ba-gua”in Chinese Wushu culture,as well as the images of“Ba-gua”in the“Eight styles”,so that the Chinese Wushu Culture theory can be more vivid and concrete.
