摘要
为解决机插秧苗倾斜造成的水稻质量、产量方面潜在的危害,提出了一种对倾斜秧苗进行扶正,助其正常生长的插秧用辅助装置设计方案。辅助装置通过调节秧苗周围土壤的疏密松紧程度来实现自动扶正秧苗,可实现减小秧苗扶正的劳动量,有利于进一步提升水稻机插机械化水平。
In order to solve the potential harm to rice quality and yield caused by the inclination of machine-transplanted rice seedlings, a design scheme of an auxiliary device for transplanting rice seedlings is proposed to straighten the tilted seedlings and help them grow normally. The auxiliary device realizes automatic righting of the seedlings by adjusting the density and tightness of the soil around the seedlings. The device can reduce the labor amount of seedling righting, which is beneficial to further improve the mechanization level of rice machine planting.
