新疆脱贫地区巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接对策研究——以乌什县为例

Research on the Countermeasures for the Effective Connection Between the Consolidation and Expansion of Poverty Alleviation Achievements in Xinjiang’s Poverty Alleviation Areas and Rural Revitalization——Take Wushi County as an Example

近年来,新疆维吾尔自治区脱贫地区在巩固脱贫攻坚成果上狠下功夫,对巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接工作提前谋划、重在落实,取得了初步成效,也存在一些亟待解决的问题。文章以阿克苏地区乌什县为例,梳理分析该县巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接的现状和存在的问题,并研究制订具有可操作性的对策,推进新疆脱贫地区巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接。

In recent years, Xinjiang’s poverty alleviation areas have made great efforts to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, and have planned in advance and focused on the implementation of the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization, and achieved initial results. There are also some problems to be solved urgently. This article takes Wushi County as an example to sort out and analyze the current situation and existing problems of the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization in this county. And research and formulate feasible countermeasures, which has certain practical significance for promoting the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization in Xinjiang’s poverty alleviation areas.
