Breeding Report of New Maize Variety BQ1801

BQ1801由高台县公明种业有限责任公司于2015年以母本BQB987,父本JGQ12组配而成。2019年—2021年连续参加甘肃省中晚组区域试验和生产试验,经过3年的产量测试,表现高产稳产,比对照先玉335增产4.8%~8.5%。籽粒含粗蛋白质8.13%、粗脂肪3.38%、赖氨酸0.26%、粗淀粉74.03%,质量763 g/L。2022年4月通过甘肃省农作物品种审定委员会审定(甘审玉20220035)。

BQ1801 is formulated by Gaotai Gongming Seed Industry Co., Ltd. in 2015 with the female parent BQB987 and the male parent JGQ12. From 2019 to 2021, it participated in the regional experiments and production experiments of the middle and late group in Gansu Province. After 3 years of yield testing, it shows high and stable yields, an increase of 4.8%~8.5% compared with the control Xianyu 335. The grains contain 8.13% crude protein, 3.38% crude fat, 0.26% lysine, 74.03% crude starch, and bulk density of 763g/L. In April 2022, it is approved by the Gansu Provincial Crop Variety Approval Committee(Ganshenyu20220035).
