医师资格实践技能考试成绩影响因素探索

摘要 该文研究医师资格实践技能考试成绩的影响因素,探索改进措施。选取某校2020年应届参加临床医师资格考试的345名考生作为研究对象。在单因素分析基础上,采用多元线性回归方法,分析医师资格实践技能考试成绩的影响因素。影响因素有是否考研、在校成绩和年龄,未发现性别、是否通过四级和大四教学医院对其有影响。考取研究生者成绩高于对照组8.93分;在校学习优秀者、普通成绩者和学习困难成绩者技能平均成绩分别是76.2、73.6、66.9分,年龄与实践技能考试成绩相关系数为负0.17。考取研究生者成绩比未考取者成绩明显高,毕业后1年内参加三级医院的住院医师规范化培训非常重要;在校成绩越好,医师资格实践技能考试成绩越高,特别是学习困难者成绩明显低于普通成绩者和学习优异者,教育工作者应重点关注学习困难特殊群体;年龄越小,医师资格实践技能考试成绩越好,院校教育者需进一步落实早临床理念,自大一开始培养医学生的实践能力。 This paper studies the influencing factors of the scores of the physician qualification practical skills examination,and explores the improvement measures. A total of 345 candidates who participated in the clinician qualification examination of a university in 2020 were selected as the research objects. On the basis of single factor analysis, multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of medical qualification practical skills examination scores. The influencing factors were whether to take the postgraduate entrance examination, school performance and age, but gender and whether to pass the fourth-grade and fourth-grade teaching hospitals were not found to have an impact on them. The score of the prospective graduate student was 8.93 points higher than that of the control group;the average scores of excellent students,ordinary students and students with learning difficulties in school were 76.2, 73.6 and 66.9, respectively. The correlation coefficient between age and practical skills test scores was negative 0.17. The results of the prospective graduate student were significantly higher than those of theother students;it is very important to take part in the standardized training of residents in tertiary hospitals within one year after graduation. The better the students did in school, the higher their scores in the test of physician-licensing practical skills are. Especially, the scores of students with learning difficulties are significantly lower than those of ordinary students and excellent students. Educators should focus on the special groups with learning difficulties. The younger the students are, the better their scores in the test of physician-licensing practical skills are. The medical educators should implement the concept of early clinical practice and cultivate the practical abilities of medical students from the beginning of university.
