摘要
近年来,研究生培养、教育工作进入到内涵式发展阶段,国内各高校关于研究生教育工作的重点逐步转移到如何能够培养高质量的研究生中来,鉴于导师在研究生培养中负责制的重要地位,该文从制度层面、管理层面、培养层面和考核层面对于研究生导师队伍所存在的问题进行深入剖析,并在此基础上不断探索推进研究生导师队伍建设的必要性及可能的路径,形成新的融洽学术氛围。始终坚持以立德树人为根本任务,以研究生导师综合素质提升为目标,构建基于“制度、管理、培养、考核”四位一体的导师队伍建设模式,真正达到以提升研究生导师队伍可持续发展,研究生质量整体提升为目的的双重推动、双重促进的效果。
In recent years, graduate training and education have entered the stage of connotative development, and the focus of domestic universities on graduate education has gradually shifted to how to cultivate high-quality graduate students. In view of the important position of tutor responsibility system in graduate training, This article deeply analyzes the problems existing in the team of graduate tutors from the system, management, training and assessment levels, and on this basis,constantly explores the necessity and possible path of promoting the construction of the team of graduate tutors, so as to form a new harmonious academic atmosphere. The colleges should always adhere to the fundamental task of moral education, with the comprehensive quality improvement of graduate tutors as the goal, to build four-in-one mentor team construction mode based on the "system, management, training, assessment",so as to truly achieve the effect of double promotion and double promotion for the purpose of improving the sustainable development of graduate tutors and the overall improvement of graduate quality.
