萤石与方解石在组合捕收剂体系下的浮选行为与机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 萤石常与方解石共伴生,二者的表面物理化学性质相似,实现萤石和方解石的高效分离一直是分选难点。针对此难点,则捕收剂的研发作为含钙矿物研究的热门方向之一。本文以油酸钠、氧化石蜡皂和两者混合的组合捕收剂三种条件下进行单矿物浮选试验,通过红外光谱等检测,结果表明,当油酸钠与氧化石蜡皂质量比为3∶7作组合捕收剂时,效果最佳,萤石的回收率为66.71%,方解石的回收率为59.38%,有望实现萤石与方解石的分离。 Fluorite is often associated with calcite,and their surface physical and chemical properties are similar.It is always difficult to separate fluorite and calcite efficiently.In view of this difficulty,the research and development of collectors is one of the hot directions of calcium-containing minerals research.In this paper,the single mineral flotation test was carried out under three conditions:sodium oleate,oxidized paraffin soap and their mixed combined collectors.Through infrared spectrum and other detection,the results showed that when the mass ratio of sodium oleate to oxidized paraffin soap was 3:7 as the combined collector,the effect was the best,the recovery rate of fluorite was 66.71%,and the recovery rate of calcite was 59.38%,which was expected to realize the separation of fluorite and calcite.
