摘要
建立一种快速测定小麦粉中偶氮甲酰胺的方法。该方法用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺直接提取,再加三苯基膦40℃衍生2 h,通过高效液相色谱仪-紫外检测器测定,使用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18柱子分离,流动相甲醇∶水,外标法定量。该方法检出限为1.3 mg/kg,定量限为4.3 mg/kg,加标回收率97.7%~103.0%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~2.3%。
To establish a method for the determination of azodicarbonamide in wheat flour.The method was directly extracted with N,N-dimethylformamide,and then derivated with triphenylphosphine at 40℃for 2 h.It was determined by high performance liquid chromatography-VWD detector,separated by Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column,mobile phase methanol:water,quantitative by external standard method.The limits of detection and quantifification were within 3.3 mg/kg and 4.3 mg/kg,respectively.The average spike recoveries of the method ranged from 97.7%to 103.0%with relative standard deviations(RSD)of 0.9%to 2.3%。
