消除改性原油取样过程中剪切和温度回升干扰的方法

摘要 在加注降凝剂的低输量管线改性原油取样测试过程中,为了解决阀门剪切、温度回升等因素对取样和测试结果真实性的干扰,通过使用抗剪切取样器消除阀门剪切的干扰,通过控温消除温度回升的干扰。同时,通过现场试验发现,即使在压力很低、温度回升幅度不大的情况下,阀门剪切、温度回升对取样真实性的干扰依然显著。此外,在油温、取样点气温温差很大时,取样器腔体内存在结蜡问题,并通过清蜡消除取样器腔体内结蜡的干扰。结果表明,本文方法可以有效地解决上述问题,满足现场实际需求,具有一定的借鉴作用,值得推广应用。 In the process of sampling and testing modified crude oil in low-throughput pipeline filled with pour point depressant,in order to solve the interference of valve shear,temperature rise and other factors on the authenticity of sampling and testing results,the interference of valve shear is eliminated by using anti shear sampler,and the interference of temperature rise is eliminated by temperature control.At the same time,through the field test found that even in the case of very low pressure,temperature rise,valve shear,temperature rise on the authenticity of sampling is still significant interference.In addition,when the temperature difference between oil temperature and sampling point is very large,the wax accumulation problem exists in the sampler cavity,and the interference of wax accumulation in the sampler cavity can be eliminated by wax removal.The results show that these methods can effectively solve the above problems.It meet the actual needs of the site and have a certain reference function,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
