摘要
针对工业烟尘中应用的传统脉冲袋式除尘器存在的清灰不均匀且效率低、内部流场混乱、关键部件性能不过关等问题,设计了一种高效低阻脉冲袋式除尘器。高效低阻脉冲袋式除尘器在山西长治某水泥厂烟尘处理中进行了工业性试验,改造后烟尘排放质量浓度已从65 mg/m^(3)降低至9 mg/m^(3),烟尘处理效果较为理想,达到排放标准。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional pulse bag filter used in industrial dust,such as uneven dust removal,low efficiency,chaotic internal flow field and poor performance of key components,a high-efficiency and low resistance pulse bag filter was designed.The industrial test of high efficiency and low resistance pulse bag type dust collector has been carried out in the dust treatment of a cement plant in Changzhi,Shanxi Province.After the transformation,the mass concentration of dust emission has been reduced from 65 mg/m^(3) to 9 mg/m^(3).The dust treatment effect is ideal and meets the emission standard.
