摘要
在理解综放采空区巷道围岩结构特征基础上建立顶板变形控制力学模型,运用Winkler弹性地基梁模型,推导出煤层顶板凹陷曲线。在此基础上,计算不同支护强度、窄柱宽度和刚度条件下的顶煤凹陷值并分析凹陷值与支护强度、窄柱宽度和刚度三者的关系。结合实际情况,确定了顶煤控制参数,提出支护方案。通过现场验证该方案可靠和有效。为综放工作面沿空回采巷道顶煤变形控制提供了理论指导。
On the basis of understanding the structural characteristics of roadway surrounding rock in fully mechanized top coal caving goaf,the mechanical model of roof deformation control is established,and the subsidence curve of coal seam roof is derived by using Winkler elastic foundation beam model.On this basis,the sag value of top coal under different support strength,narrow column width and stiffness is calculated and the relationship between sag value and support strength,narrow column width and stiffness is analyzed.Combined with the actual situation,the top coal control parameters are determined and the support scheme is proposed.The scheme is reliable and effective through field verification.It provides theoretical guidance for roof coal deformation control of gob side entry in fully mechanized top coal caving face.
