摘要
通过企业调研,电石行业尾气直接放空,一方面造成环境污染,另一方面造成CO资源的浪费。电石炉尾气经除尘后可以有效防止尾气中的粉尘造成管道及阀门堵灰憋压风险,确保装置的平稳运行;电石炉尾气经净化后可实现一氧化碳等资源的综合利用。对电石炉尾气处理进行了探究,以期达到电石炉尾气综合利用的目的。
According to the enterprise investigation,the direct venting of the tail gas in the carbide industry will cause environmental pollution on the one hand and waste of CO resources on the other.After dedusting,the tail gas of calcium carbide furnace can effectively prevent the dust in the tail gas from causing the risk of pipeline and valve blockage and pressure suppression,and ensure the stable operation of the device.After purification,the tail gas of calcium carbide furnace can realize the comprehensive utilization of carbon monoxide and other resources.The treatment of tail gas from calcium carbide furnace is explored in order to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization of tail gas from calcium carbide furnace.
