摘要
针对目前工业污水净化时脱氮除磷效率低下、经济性差的不足,提出了一种新的高效脱氮除磷工艺技术,以多级A/O耦合MBR(膜生物反应器)组合工艺为核心,对不同原水碳氮比例情况下的脱氮除磷效果进行了分析。结果表明,新的高效脱氮除磷工艺能够显著提升对污水中氮磷的去除效果,对COD(化学需氧量)的去除率达到了91.9%,对TN(总氮含量)的去除率达到了85.4%,对TP(总磷含量)的去除率达到了83.2%,极大地提升了工业污水的净化效率和经济性。
In view of the low efficiency and poor economy of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in industrial wastewater purification at present,a new high-efficiency nitrogen and phosphorus removal process technology is proposed.With the multi-stage A/O coupled MBR(membrane bioreactor)combined process as the core,the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus removal under different carbon and nitrogen ratios of raw water are analyzed.The results show that the new high-efficiency nitrogen and phosphorus removal process can significantly improve the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus in sewage,the removal rate of COD(chemical oxygen demand)reaches 91.9%,the removal rate of TN(total nitrogen content)reaches 85.4%,and the removal rate of TP(total phosphorus content)reaches 83.2%,greatly improving the purification efficiency and economy of industrial sewage.
